• You will receive a free shipping label with TNT FedEx;
• The courier will attempt a collection the first business day after the request;
• To book another pickup, you can use the online form, Book a pickup with TNT or you can call TNT's Customer Service at (+39) 0236017467.
• If you are not available, you can bring your parcel to the nearest TNT FedEx point.

• Shipping fees are at your own expense.
