No. Exchanges are not possible. If one or more of the products you bought do not fit, are damaged or you would like a different color, you can proceed with a return and then a new purchase.
Exception: if the purchased item is shipped from a store, (see Some of the items of my order are shipped from stores, what does it mean?) by providing the receipt, you can change it at any other Robe di Kappa flagship store. |
